License Types & Process

Licenses

  1. Valid CNIC (Copy) – 02 copies.

  2. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by any Government Hospital.

  3. 02 Passport-size Photographs.

  4. Form B for the applicant having age more than  60 years

  5. Learner Permit (Minimum 42 days old).

  6. Driving Test Pass Report.

  7. Fee Receipt from the designated bank

  • After 40 days of issuance of learner the applicant has to visit again Driving License Branch
  • Valid CNIC
  • Leaner & Medical Certificate
  • An applicant has to pass the Part-1 (Shapes Test) and Part-2 (Road Test)
  • An applicant can collect their Driving License Card after seven (07) days

  • Valid CNIC (Copy) – 02 copies.

  • Medical Fitness Certificate issued by any Government Hospital.

  • 02 Passport-size Photographs.

  • Form B for the applicant having age more than  60 years

  • Report of Lost License (FIR Copy) OR Application for Duplicate.

  • Valid CNIC (Copy) – 02 copies.

  • Medical Fitness Certificate issued by any Government Hospital.

  • 02 Passport-size Photographs.

  • Expired License Copy.

  • Fee Receipt from the designated bank/post office.
  • Form B for the applicant having age more than  60 years

  • Valid Visa Copy.

  • Medical Fitness Certificate issued by any Government Hospital.
