NHMP began its training journey in\u00a0<strong>1997<\/strong>\u00a0at Police Training College Sihala with support from the National Police Academy and British trainers, focusing on modern traffic management, accident response, and enforcement skills.<\/p><p>To meet growing training needs, a training camp was established in\u00a0<strong>1998<\/strong>\u00a0at NHMP Lines Headquarters Islamabad and later moved to Chakri in\u00a0<strong>1999<\/strong>, where\u00a0<strong>213 officers<\/strong>\u00a0completed orientation courses and\u00a0<strong>285 officers<\/strong>\u00a0completed refresher courses between 1999 and 2002. In\u00a0<strong>May 2002<\/strong>, the training facility was shifted to Sheikhupura and formally recognized as the NHMP Training Center on\u00a0<strong>10 August 2004<\/strong>.<\/p><p>A major advancement came on\u00a0<strong>8 September 2011<\/strong>, when the Center was upgraded to a full NHMP Training College, enabling the introduction of advanced, promotional, commando, drill, and capacity-building courses. Since then, the College has expanded its services to train officers from ICT Police, AJ&amp;K Police, FIA, Ring Road Police, KPK Police, Balochistan Police, and other agencies.<\/p><p>Today, the NHMP Training College\u00a0 established in its current form since 2011\u00a0 continues to train NHMP personnel as well as public and private sector participants, contributing significantly to national road
